I believe that choosing to live without alcohol is a radical act of self-respect and self-love. That change becomes possible when it’s led by self-awareness and compassion, not fear and judgement. I don’t label, pressure, or preach. I hold space, offer tools, and trust in each person’s ability to lead themselves toward a better life.
The Story Behind The Mindfully Sober Program
I created this program because I know what it’s like to live on autopilot and to believe that alcohol is the reward, the relief, the ritual that makes life manageable, the glue in a relationship. But I also know what’s possible on the other side: clarity, confidence, self-respect, and true peace.
My purpose is to dismantle the limiting beliefs we’ve inherited around our self-worth, about what we can achieve, and also about alcohol... that it makes us more fun, more relaxed, more connected. That's it's normal. That in small quantities, it doesn't affect us.
This is a program about waking up to your own power and giving yourself permission to want more from life — more energy, more joy, more freedom. Giving yourself permission to be different, to do something radically different and a bit anti-social, just because you know it’s good for you, and that’s a good enough reason.
I’m offering this proven framework, plus support, because quitting alcohol changed everything for me — my health, my mindset, my sense of self, my bank account!
